By downloading or using the Nova Funds mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not register or use the service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be communicated inside the App. Continued use after changes means you agree to the revised terms.
Nova Funds is a digital platform that enables eligible users in Ghana to:
Apply for short- and medium-term personal loans
View loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules clearly
Receive approved funds directly to a registered local electronic wallet
Repay loans through the same electronic wallet conveniently
We may add, modify, or suspend certain features to meet business, technical, or regulatory requirements.
To use Nova Funds, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:
Be between 20 and 60 years old
Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
Hold a valid national ID
Have an active local electronic wallet in your own name
Provide true and accurate personal details for verification
Meet internal creditworthiness assessments
We reserve the right to suspend or deny services if eligibility is not met or if false or misleading information is provided.
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and up-to-date registration details
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account or device.
Your information is handled according to the Nova Funds Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our processing of data for purposes such as:
Identity verification and credit evaluation
Loan approval, disbursement, and repayment management
Fraud detection and prevention
Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
Service improvement and user support
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
The loan process works as follows:
Submit personal and identification details through the App
Choose a loan amount (500 – 8,000 GHS) and repayment term (91 – 360 days)
Review full disclosure of charges, including:
APR up to 24% (fixed)
Processing fee of 1% (deducted once at disbursement)
Submit your application
If approved, confirm the loan offer
Funds are credited directly to your electronic wallet
All loan offers display exact repayment obligations before you accept.
Repayment must be made on or before the due date in your schedule
Early repayment is allowed at any time, with recalculated interest
Payments are made through your registered electronic wallet
Failure to repay on time may result in:
Additional charges as allowed under Ghanaian law
Reporting to local credit bureaus
Recovery measures in line with legal requirements
If repayment difficulties arise, contact our support team before your due date to explore possible solutions.
You agree not to:
Provide false or misleading information
Use Nova Funds for unlawful activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s data
Interfere with the App’s operation, security, or infrastructure
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App’s code or content
Breach any applicable laws in Ghana
Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
Nova Funds maintains a transparent cost structure:
Processing Fee: 1% of the loan amount (deducted once at disbursement)
Interest Rate: APR up to 24% (always disclosed before acceptance)
We do not charge:
Application fees
Hidden service charges
Prepayment penalties
You only repay the principal, interest, and the disclosed processing fee.
All intellectual property in the App—including software, text, graphics, and logos—belongs to M.S. MAKAN LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED or licensed partners.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the App. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit content without prior written consent.
Nova Funds is provided on an “as is” basis. While we aim for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
We disclaim liability for any technical issues, service interruptions, or losses caused by your use of or inability to use the App, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update, enhance, or discontinue features of the App at our discretion. If services are discontinued, any outstanding repayment obligations remain enforceable under the agreed terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. In case of disputes, parties shall first attempt resolution through customer support. If unresolved, matters will be handled by competent local courts in Ghana.
